Because all VRTCL products are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Please make sure to check the size guide before placing your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement.
